Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the auction which is under challenge in this writ petition scheduled for 27.2.2018, has been postponed for a future date and in the meantime, the petitioner has submitted a proposal for repayment which is under active consideration of the respondent-bank.
In such circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner made a prayer to permit withdrawal of the writ petition at this stage. Sri Pashupati Nath Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent-bank has no objection to the prayer being granted.
Prayer made is allowed.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
