It has been pointed out that earlier Aplication for Bail of the applicant viz. Criminal Misc. Case No.7387(B) of 2011 was rejected by Sudhir Kumar Saxena, J. on 04.11.2011.

Let this case be placed before the same Bench after, however, obtaining orders from Hon'ble the Senior Judge.
