Respondent No.2, District Magistrate, Gonda is directed to get the enquiry conducted in respect of the allegation that respondent No.4 has encroached upon the pond land in Khasra No.221 area 0.085 htr recorded as pond land in revenue record at Village Panchayat Jugrajpur, Kathova, Pargana, Tehsil and District Gonda.
4. After conducting the enquiry, let an affidavit be filed on behalf of the respondent within a period of six weeks from today.
