(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) This appeal is filed against judgment and order of conviction dated 21.09.2011 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Gandhinagar in Sessions Case No.44 of 2011. The learned Sessions Judge was pleased to convict the appelant for offences punishable under sections 307 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and imposed five years imprisonment, fine of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) and in default of payment of fine to undergo six months' S.I. The learned Sessions Judge was pleased to acquit the accused for the offences under section 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 135 of the Bombay Police Act.
