Shah learned counsel for the appellant states that in spite of all efforts, he is not able to receive any instructions from the appellant and therefore, he would not be in a position to assist the Court. In view of the above statement of Mr. Shah, it appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter. Even otherwise, the earlier order of this Court has not been complied with. In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of as rejected.
