Arifhusain vs State

It is submitted by Mr.Kharadi, learned advocate for the applicant that in pursuance of the order dated 13.03.2012 passed by this Court, applicant has deposited Rs.3,54,000/- in the bank account of concerned government department.

To place on record, necessary documents, learned advocate for the applicant has requested for time. At his request, stand over to 10.04.2012. Interim relief granted earlier to continue till then.
