JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. This application has been sent through jail for releasing the applicant on furlough.
2. It appears from the jail report that when convict prisoner was released for 15 days in 2006, he surrender late by 1339 days and was to be arrested by the police. Considering his past bad jail conduct, this application is rejected.
