This petition has been filed for directing learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.2, Kanpur Nagar to expedite and decide the Case No.74 of 2014, (Arfa Bano Vs. Faqir Mohd.).
Without entering into the controversy raised by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the court below to expedite the hearing of the suit and proceed without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
