THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.20775 of 2014 ORDER :
This petitioner claims to be the absolute owner and is in possession of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.0-16 guntas in Survey No.416 of Arepalli Village, Karimnagar Mandal, Karimnagar District. This writ petition is instituted aggrieved by the action of the Joint Sub-Registrar-I, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District (4th respondent) in insisting for obtaining No Objection Certificate.
2. The District Collector, Karimnagar (2nd respondent) filed counter affidavit. It is averred that the petitioner was assigned Government land vide certificate No.B1/3923/91 dated 27.11.1991 and the same was implemented in the Jamabandi in the year 1991-92 and the petitioner was recorded as pattedar in the revenue records.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statement made by the 2nd respondent is not correct. However, as of now, the petitioner do not have any record in support of her claim and she has applied for relevant document under the Right to Information Act, and as and when relevant documents are furnished to her, she would prosecute her grievance. Therefore, requested to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to pursue her remedies.
4. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue her remedies. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
