Smt. Archana Gupta and Rajesh Gupta, have requested for fair investigation and the said petition for fair investigation came to be dismissed on 4.1.2021.
The petitioners are informant and witnesses in Case Crime No.08 of 2020, under Sections 342, 379, 384, 448, 427 I.P.C., Police Station Chakeri District Kanpur Nagar.
After the first petition is disposed of, it appears that they are facing some threat.
It is stated that some advocates misbehave with the deponent in all the factual scenario.
As it is averred in the petition, we feel that the police authority of Police Station Chakeri District Kanpur Nagar would look into the problems of petitioners who are informant and victim and if need be provided adequate and proper security to them.
