JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 9
Case :- TRANSFER APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 163 of 2018 Applicant :- Smt. Archana Opposite Party :- Bharat Bhushan Counsel for Applicant :- Prashant Kumar Singh,Santosh Dwivedi Counsel for Opposite Party :- Ray Sahab Yadav
Hon'ble Anjani Kumar Mishra,J.
Ref:- Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 3 of 2018 This is a second correction application filed by the applicant for correction in the order dated 10.08.2018 passed by this Court.
By the said order, the transfer application was allowed granting the relief prayed for in the transfer application and, thereby, Case No. 48 of 2016 (Bharat Bhushan Vs. Smt. Archana) was transferred from Jhansi to Agra.
Case No. 48 of 2016, is mentioned in the prayer made in the transfer application.
An identical correction application, filed earlier, had been rejected stating that the relief prayed for in the transfer application had been granted and, therefore, the order dated 10.08.2018 required no correction.
Now this second application with the same prayer has been filed, despite the Court having observed that the first correction application was misconceived.
The applicant cannot file repeated applications for the same purpose. No prayer has been made for making any correction in the transfer application or the prayer made in it.
Under the circumstances, this correction application is dismissed with costs of Rs. 1000/-.
