Heard Sri Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri N.K. Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners for a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to carry on search regarding whereabouts of (victim) husband of the petitioner no. 1 and father of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 as his whereabouts is not known since 31.06.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband of the petitioner no. 1 and the father of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 is missing. An FIR was lodged by respondent no. 6 against the petitioner no. 1 which was challenged by the petitioner no. 1 by means of a Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No.17029 of 2018 (Archana Tripathi vs. State of U.P. and others) in which arrest has been stayed by this Court on 2.7.2018, copy of the same is on record at page-30. She has come before this Court as the husband of the petitioner no. 1 is still untraceable.
Learned A.G.A. shall seek instruction in this matter. List this matter on 19.9.2018.
