Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
By way of the instant application, the applicant has prayed for a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.11, Azamgarh, to decide Complaint Case No.680 of 2017 Archana Singh Vs. Ramesh Singh, under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Azamgarh, expeditiously.
In this case, the applicant happens to be complainant and she wants expeditious disposal of the aforesaid case.
I have considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.
Obviously, the court below is under obligation to expedite the proceeding adhering to the provision of Section 309 Cr.P.C. Therefore, no order need be passed by this Court.
Consequently, this application is disposed of.
