The controversy involved in the present case pertains to an advertisement dated 14.09.2001 whereby applications were invited for appointment on the posts of Assistant Teachers in the Basic School being run by the Basic Shiksha Parishad U.P., Allahabad.
Counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Respondent No. 2 District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Mau is on record. In the counter affidavit reference has been made to Writ Petition No. 50332 of 2002, Smt. Sandhya Singh vs. State of U.P. and Writ Petition No. 24378 of 2002, Smt. Kanti Singh vs State of U.P. It has also been asserted that detailed counter affidavits have been filed in aforesaid writ petitions, and the present writ petition may be decided along with the said writ petitions.
