This petition would clearly not lie bearing in mind the fact that the petitioners were engaged on contractual terms by the Army Public School. Bearing in mind the decision of the Full Bench in M.K. Gandhi and Others Vs. Director of Education (Secondary), U.P., Lucknow and Others [(2005) 3 UPLBEC 2187] and Roychan Abraham v. State of U.P. and Others [2019 (3) ADJ 391 (FB)], the writ petition fails and shall stand dismissed.
