The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuance of a direction to the Court below to decide Original Suit No. 1869/2012, expeditiously, within a time specified by this Court.
The suit has been filed by the petitioner. It is pending since the year 2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the heirs of the deceased defendant, who have been substituted, have not filed their additional written statement so far.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2012, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to make all endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
