This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
On the office objections raised on this petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted his say. The same has been recorded in the office note. It is also submitted that the office has raised the objection that the Sessions Court order is not placed. With regard to the said objection, this Hon’ble Court has already granted an anticipatory bail to accused No.1. Hence, the same has been placed before the Sessions Court.
As could be seen from the order of this Court in Crl.P.No.5551/2010 dated 02.12.2010 by considering the facts of the case in Crime No.253/2010 of Cubbon Park police for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471, 420 read with Section 34 of IPC has granted the anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused No.2, who is the present petitioner therein. The petitioner/accused No.2 has already been enlarged on bail in crime No.253/2010. Hence, there is no need to grant anticipatory bail again in the same case. The order is in force in the said crime number.
With the above observation, the petition is disposed.
