The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to write NEET-PG Examination for the year 2013. In view of the nature of reliefs sought for in this writ petition, I am of the view, the matter has become infructuous. Hence, dismissed as infructuous, leaving open all issues in this writ petition.
