Petitioner's claim for appointment is apparently not liable to be considered in view of the Division Bench judgment dated 30.5.2018 passed in Special Appeal No.506 of 2018. Special Leave Petition filed in the matter is stated to be pending before the Supreme Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, comes up with a prayer to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to approach this Court after the issue is finally resolved by the Apex Court. Such prayer is not opposed by the respondents.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed at this stage.
