JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to close the Rowdy Sheet in No.34 of 2013 maintained by the 3rd respondent, on the basis of his representation dated 02.01.2015.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the third respondent has already recommended for removing the name of the petitioner from the Rowdy Sheet and it is for the second respondent, who may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2015.
4.Hence, having regard to the nature of the grievance expressed by the petitioner and the facts and circumstances and particularly the statement of the learned Special Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits of petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to pass the following directions:
?The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.?
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
