JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Court, by order dated 19.10.2016 in W.P.No.4654 of 2014, has directed the respondent to consider the petitioners' representation in the light of the Circular No./HR&IR/CIR/2013-14/589/8764, dated 30.01.2014, issued by the Indian Banks' Association, and to pass appropriate orders within two weeks. Since the said order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the respondent, the present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and on the representation of the petitioners, the respondent has passed orders vide., CO:HRM:GROUP-A:2016-17, dated 20.06.2017, rejecting the claim of the petitioners.
3.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Accordingly, the same is closed. However, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the order of the respondent, they are at liberty to challenge the same, in the manner know to law.
