JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners seek permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the validity of the enhancement of rates of building tax/property tax, by elaborating upon the grounds of challenge in the said Writ Petition.
