Instead of repeated query nothing has been stated by the counsel for the petitioner under which provisions of law orders which are under challenge in the present petition has been passed.
Though time was sought for by the counsel for the petitioner to look into the matter and a prayer has been made to take up the writ petition in revised list but when the matter was taken up in the revised list, nobody is present on behalf of petitioner.
The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
