JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the impugned order of suspension was issued when the writ petitioner was in service. However, the writ petitioner had attained the age of superannuation and retired from service.
2.Thus, no further adjudication is required on the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no orders as to costs.
