Connect with Writ Petition No. 5808 (M/B) of 2010. Notice on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 and 2 has been accepted by the learned A.G.A.
Issue notice to respondent no. 3 returnable at an early date. Four weeks' time is allowed to file counter affidavit. Two weeks' time thereafter is allowed to file rejoinder affidavit. List thereafter. Till the next date of listing or till submission of Charge-sheet whichever is earlier, petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 386 of 2010, under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 504 & 506 IPC, P.S. Hazarat Ganj, district Lucknow.
