The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to issue a mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to work on the post of Shiksha Mitra in Basic Primary School Bheera, Block Badraon, District Mau.
No interim order has been granted in favour of the petitioner when the matter was taken up as fresh and the matter was only listed alongwith connected matter vide order dated 14.12.2006. More than 15 years have already lapsed.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that, no relief could be granted to the petitioner as prayed for by means of present writ petition, after the expiry of about 15 years.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
