By means of the present petition the petitioner is challenging the key answers to question nos.66, 133 and 139 of question booklet series-A of U.P. Teacher Eligibility Test Examination, 2018 for primary level, result of which had been declared on 22.11.2018.
The controversy with regard to the correctness of key answer to question nos.66, 133 and 139 of question booklet series-'A' came up for consideration before the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in a bunch of writ petitions leading being Writ-A No. 25791 of 2018. This Court after obtaining expert report, reached at the conclusion of the said key answers being correct.
A Special Appeal Defective No.3 of 2019 filed against the judgment and order dated 19.12.2018 passed in the aforesaid matter has also been dismissed on 4.1.2019.
For the aforesaid, the controversy being set at rest, the petitioner cannot be allowed to reopen the same.
