(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) Mr.R.M.Desai, learned advocate submits that the papers of the present case are returned by Mr.Ashok L. Shah, learned advocate to the Official Liquidator. Mr.Desai, learned advocate craves leave of this Court to prefer an application to appear on behalf of the Official Liquidator. Permission to prefer such application is granted, if such application is preferred on, or before, the next date of hearing.
On behalf of the appellant, a request is made to keep back the matter, as the Senior Counsel appearing in the matter is busy in another Court.
