The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order of the respondent in letter No. 155/AEC/CBIT/2014, dated 03.9.2014 as illegal, null, void, arbitrary and also consequently, to direct the respondent to receive the fee for the 2nd year course.”
At the hearing, Sri K.Durga Prasad, learned counsel representing Sri Subba Rao Korrapati, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.36487 of 2014 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
