Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioners have prayed for following relief:-
"(i). Issue a suitable order or direction to the Principal Judge Family Court, Varanasi to expeditiously decide the Case No. 147 of 2018 (Apoorwa Srivastava v. Abhiraj Srivastava) within a short time bound period as may be determined by this Hon'ble Court under the facts and circumstances."
It is submitted that the opposite party has appeared and also filed his objection.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and pleadings raised, petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid case strictly in accordance with law and after recording satisfaction regarding service of summons and after giving full opportunity of hearing to contesting parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from the date of production of copy of this order.
