1. Previously, while admitting this appeal on 20.1.2012, Division Bench of this Court had provided that the appeal be listed along with 15 other first appeals, number of which were indicated in the order itself. This was on the basis of the statement made by learned advocates appearing for the parties that the land acquisition proceedings involved in the first appeals are common.
2. Today, learned counsel Shri Soni for some of the claimants submitted that few numbers in the list recorded by this Court in order dated 20.1.2012 are inaccurate. Further, there are several other appeals, which form part of the same group, which have not been mentioned in the order.
3. Under the circumstances, we provide that the present First Appeal No.175 of 2012 shall be heard along with following matters:

5. It would be open for the either side to supply documents in the form of paper-book and thereafter, request for date of hearing of the appeals, which shall be considered as per the availability of time at that stage.
