JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : MR.JUSTICE Y.B.BHATT) Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the opponents - original claimants. On the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is granted in terms of paragraph 6(A), subject to the condition that the applicant deposits with the Tribunal, the entire amount of the award together with costs and interest within four weeks from today. The amount deposited in the Registry by the applicant shall be transmitted to the Tribunal forthwith i.e. to say, not later than 3rd August, 2001. On the deposit being made, the Tribunal shall invest the same by way of a Fixed Deposit with a nationalised bank initially for a period of three years and on maturity, shall renew the same by one year at a time without further orders in this regard. The interest accruing on the said deposit shall continue to accrue and be added on to the deposit on maturity.
