Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and the respondent. The revision is admitted only on a short point, whether the maintenance should have been granted from the date of the order or from the date of the application under sec.125 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
Shri Utpal Panchal points out that he has filed revision against the impugned order before the Sessions Judge which was rejected, and against that order he has filed Special Criminal Application No.730/98 which is pending in this Court. It is, therefore, desirable that these two matters should be decided by the same court. As such, list this Criminal Revision Application alongwith Special Criminal Application No.730/98.
