(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) This is an application at the instance of the respondent of the main writ-application for extending the time limit upto April 30, 2012 for compliance of the direction issued by this Court as contained in paragraph 4 of the order dated June 24, 2011 passed in Special Civil Application No. 11079 of 2009.
After going through the explanation given in the application, we are satisfied that sufficient cause has been made for extension of the time initially granted by this Court.
We, accordingly, extend the time as mentioned in the order dated June 24, 2011 till April 30, 2012 instead of the original order of three months mentioned in paragraph 4 of the said order.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
