1. The applicant complains of non-compliance of the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court in judgment dated 24.7.2009 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No.958 of 2009.
2. On 13.2.2012, we had passed brief order while issuing notice. We found that even the SLP filed by the State against the order of the Division Bench was dismissed on 17.2.2011, despite which, pension and other retiral benefits of the applicant were not paid.
3. On behalf of the State authorities, replies have been filed. From such replies, it emerges that an amount of Rs.25,33,153/- was paid. Thereafter, further sum of Rs.66,462/- also came to be paid on or around 15.3.2012.
4. Despite such payments, the applicant raised grievance with respect to further amounts not paid over. Counsel for the applicant has produced on record a detailed working of such unpaid amounts, which is taken on record. Counsel for the applicant clarified that first item of Rs.66,462/- should be deleted since such payment has already been made by now.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader under the instructions of Shri B.S. Jesalpura, Joint Director of Malaria Division stated that majority of the remaining claims of the applicant are also prima facie allowed. The respondents shall examine all such claims and make further payment as found due and payable, latest by 30th April 2012.
6. In view of the above development, this contempt petition is disposed of. Notice is discharged.
