Revenue has preferred this application for modification of the order passed by us on 29.08.1996 in MCA No. 1244 of 1996.
2.We have heard learned advocates at length and we do not find any reason to modify the said order.
3.Mr. Soparkar, learned advocate for opponent No.1-original petitioner has placed before us copy of a letter dated 25th September 1996 addressed by the opponent No.2 herein to the Appropriate Authority. The same is ordered to be taken on record. In view of the said letter, we direct the applicants herein to produce the NOC in a sealed cover before the Registrar of this Court on 27th September 1996, who shall keep the same in his custody.
4.Opponent No.1-original petitioner shall deposit the amount which is required to be paid to the Income Tax Department, i.e. the purchase money, in this Court on or before 7th October 1996.
