JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per: J.M. Panchal, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with a view to making representation to Respondent Nos.1 and 4 regarding subject matter of the petition. Mr. Mukesh Patel, learned counsel for Respondent No.4 states at the bar that the Chief Project Manager, Construction and Survey, Western Railway, 3rd floor, Kalupur Railway Station, Kalupur, Ahmedabad who is impleaded as Respondent No.4 is not competent to deal with the subject matter of the petition but DRM(W) BRC, Divisional Railway Office, Pratapnagar, Vadodara is the competent authority to deal with the subject matter of the petition.
2.Permission to withdraw the petition is granted. It will be open to the petitioners to make representation before Respondent No.1 and DRM(W) BRC, Divisional Railway Office, Pratapnagar, Vadodara. The representation which may be made by the petitioners shall be considered by the competent authorities on merits and in accordance with law. Subject to foregoing directions, notice is discharged with no orders as to cost. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
