Appeal is admitted.
ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION:
1. RULE.
Learned advocate Shri Harshadray A. Dave waives service of Rule on behalf of opponent Nos.1 to 10, i.e. original plaintiffs.
2. In facts of the case, insofar as this civil application is concerned, it is not necessary to hear rest of the opponents.
3. Having heard learned counsel Shri Dhaval Dave for the applicants-appellants and learned senior counsel Shri S.N. Shelat and Shri Mihir Thakor with Shri Harshadray Dave for contesting opponents, by way of interim relief, execution, implementation and operation of the impugned judgment and decree of the Trial Court qua the suit land bearing Survey No.244 only is stayed. Both the sides are further directed to maintain status quo concerning the title and possession of the said land bearing Survey No.244.
4. Rule is made absolute. Civil Application stands disposed of.
