Rule.
Learned Advocate Mr.Desai appearing for the respondents Nos.9 to 18 states that they are bona fide purchasers of land in question and have started construction of residential houses on the lands. In that view of the matter ad-interim order made earlier is vacated on condition that any construction put up by the respondents on the lands in question shall be at their own risk and costs. The respondents are further restrained from transferring their right, title and interest in the said lands or all the construction that may be raised on it, without prior permission of this court. The respondents shall not be at liberty to claim equity on account of construction that may be raised by them or on account of intervention of the rights of the thirty party/parties.
