(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.J. DESAI) 1 The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 26 days caused in filing the above mentioned Misc. Civil Application (St) No.129 of 2012 for modification/review of the order 28.11.2011 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No. 1770 of 2011.
We have heard the learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties.
3 Considering the contents of the application, it cannot be said that the delay caused in filing the Misc. Civil Application (St) No.129 of 2012 for modification/review of the order 28.11.2011 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No. 1770 of 2011 has remained totally unexplained. Therefore, we are of the view that the delay caused in filing the aforesaid deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Delay of 26 days caused in filing the aforesaid Misc. Civil Application (St) No. 129 of 2012 is condoned.
