1. Learned advocate Shri Jigar Gadhvi appeared for opponent Nos.4/1 to 4/3, i.e. original claimants.
2. Learned advocate Shri Nanavati for the applicant Insurance Company stated that the entire amount awarded by the Claims Tribunal with costs and interest has been deposited with the Claims Tribunal on 25.1.2012.
3. The Claims Tribunal shall proceed to invest and disburse the amount, so deposited by the Insurance Company, in accordance with the directions contained in the impugned award. It is however, provided that the fixed deposits shall be renewed from time to time till final disposal of the appeal or till further orders that may be passed.
4. With the above directions, Civil Application is disposed of. Rule made absolute.
