(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) The corpus is before us. We have talked to her. She states that petitioner is her husband. She also states that after this petition was filed, she left the house of her father and went to the petitioner. Today she has come in company of the petitioner. She wants to stay with her husband-the petitioner and does not want to go to respondent No.3-her father. The corpus has grievance against her father to the effect that he did not permit her to go to her husband and, therefore, her husband was required to file this petition. In light of above observation, this petition does not survive. The petition stands disposed of. Notice is discharged.
