JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) The corpus is produced by Kapadwanj Rural Police. She states that she was taken to Utter Pradesh by her parents against her wish and she has now been brought by police before this court. None of relatives of corpus from her parental side are with her today. She states that the petitioner is her husband and she wants to go and stay with him. She is indisputably a major. The corpus is free to go and stay with the petitioner. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. Notice is discharged.
