(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) The applicant is produced before us. She states that she had made the application at the end of March, 2012. She states that she will be attending majority on 5th June 2012. She states that she had made an application in different circumstances but now she has changed her mind and wants to remain in Mahila Vikas Mandal, Amreli.
She states that she has no difficulty over there. She proposes to take her own decision after she attains majority. The applicant is free to fulfill her wish of staying at Mahila Vikas Mandal. The application stands disposed of. Notice is discharged.
