(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) The applicant was released on temporary bail on 14.05.2008 and he remained absconding for 945 days and he was traced out only after his arrest by the police on 23.12.2010. Now, he is seeking temporary bail on the ground of marriage of his nephew. Considering the track record of the applicant, the application is rejected.
