to 29.02.2012, at the request of learned APP who stated, on instructions of PI Mr.S.C.Rathwa, that even as the corpus and the respondent No.3 had come from Lathi to Savarkundla on 3rd February 2012, they had run away again pursuant to which father of respondent No.3 i.e. respondent No.4 is already arrested. However, neither respondent No.3 nor the missing daughter of the petitioner are located so far. It was stated by learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner who is personally present in the Court, that a challenge is openly thrown to them that her daughter would surface only after she reaches the age of eighteen. Learned counsel Mr.Harshad Patel, appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4, submitted that an affidavit of corpus is being sent by his client and respondent No.3 has recently signed his Vakalatnama just before two days. Therefore, he is directed to see that respondent No.3 is instructed to remain personally present before this Court on the next date of hearing.
Learned APP is requested to place to the notice of DSP concerned, serious lapses, if any, on the part of local police in detecting and preventing serious crimes and report as to what measures are being taken by the DSP.
