JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C.L. SONI) Applicant has made out substantial grounds which prevented the applicant from filing the first appeal within the prescribed time limit. We are, therefore, inclined to allow this application and condone the delay of 87 days occurred in filing the first appeal.
Accordingly, this application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
