1. These civil applications are filed by the original claimants, opponents in First Appeals, for early hearing of the appeals, on the ground that they have lost land long back and out of compensation awarded by the Reference Court, only 25% is released in their favour and rest is deposited in Fixed Deposit.
2. Our attention is drawn to an order of Division Bench of this Court dated 17.2.2012, where also, the Court had shown anxiety that appeals be heard early. Under these circumstances, all these civil applications are allowed. First Appeal Nos.3864 of 2007 to 3868 of 2007 to be notified for hearing on 23.4.2012.
