By order dated 12.01.2012, fresh notice was already issued, returnable on 19.01.2012, i.e. today. However, as per the endorsement, the same has not been served.

Learned advocate for the applicant requests that again, fresh notice may be ordered to be issued to unserved respondent No.2 and he may be permitted to serve the same to the unserved respondent No.2 by direct service, through concerned police station.

Accordingly, FRESH NOTICE qua unserved respondent No.2, returnable on 9th February 2012.

Direct Service is Permitted. To be served through concerned Police Station.
