Heard Mr. M.C.Bhatt, learned Advocate for the petitioner.
2.Admittedly, the petitioner had withdrawn his bail application from this High Court earlier and there are no changed circumstances. An identification parade was held and the petitioner has been identified. He is involved in serious offences punishable under Section 394 read with Section 114 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 25 (1) of the Arms Act. Mr. D.C.Dave learned A.P.P.for the State states that Muddhamal articles have since been recovered from the petitioner - accused. Perused the police papers. Having regard to the serious and grave offences alleged against the petitioner and there being a clear prima facie case in this regard, the petitioner cannot be released on bail.
